‘I know who I am’, ‘I’m comfortable in my own skin’, ‘I am true to mine own self first’ ‘I’m living creatively and in my passion’, ‘I’m happy’, ‘I’m present, and not worrying about the past’, ‘I’m planning for the future, not worrying about it’, ‘my relationships are growing’, ‘I feel grounded and good things come to me easily’.

Wow – wouldn’t it be great if all of the above just happened, and it was true for everyone.  Unfortunately this is not the case, most of us have to work hard to find true selves, live daily in a space that we are happy in, be present, aware of our conscious and sub-conscious thoughts, and moving forward in our chosen direction.

The reality is, that this space is not achieved materialistically or in our external world.

It is when we work on our inner world that results start to come through, as we change and let go of things.

Life coaching is different to counselling.  A coach’s role is to listen to you, encourage awareness of new ideas and concepts, help you to focus on what you want, challenge you to let go of what does not serve you anymore, de-clutter mentally, emotionally, spiritually, return to optimal health through simple and sensible eating.  To re-think your place in a materialistic world.

Above all discover what you belief in, and what is important.
